Navigator Group Welcomes New Head of PPP: Phoebe Macleay
Navigator Group is thrilled to announce Phoebe Macleay as the newly appointed Head of Psychological Services, a key role that highlights our ongoing commitment to providing top-tier mental health care and support. With a strong dedication to evidence-based interventions, Phoebe’s leadership ushers in an exciting new chapter for Navigator as we continue to transform healthcare and empower individuals throughout their recovery journeys.
In her new position, Phoebe will oversee the delivery of psychological services across Navigator’s wide range of programs, ensuring that our strategic goals align with our mission to offer trauma-informed, recovery-focused care. Her extensive experience and deep dedication to addressing complex psychosocial and trauma-related barriers make her the perfect fit to lead Navigator’s Primary Psychological Recovery Program. This innovative, interdisciplinary initiative supports individuals affected by psychological injury stemming from work incidents or motor vehicle accidents.
Phoebe’s path to this leadership role is rooted in a passion for mental health advocacy and a genuine desire to make meaningful changes in people’s lives. She brings years of experience working with diverse communities, employing innovative and effective treatments. Her approach emphasises a profound understanding of the intricate connection between trauma and recovery, creating an environment where clients feel both empowered and supported.
Reflecting on her new role, Phoebe shared:
“It’s a privilege to work alongside such a dedicated and talented team at Navigator. Together, we’re making positive, meaningful differences in the lives of our clients, and I’m excited to continue this vital work.”
Under her leadership, the Primary Psychological Recovery Program will continue to expand, offering timely and effective interventions to more individuals. This program, which has already had a significant impact, utilises cutting-edge trauma recovery techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), to help people regain their sense of purpose and wellbeing.
As Phoebe steps into this important role, we look forward to the positive impact she will have—driving innovation in mental health care, building resilience, and ensuring that our clients receive personalised, compassionate care.
