Information Security Policy

Navigator Group accepts its responsibilities relating to Information Security and recognises this as part of its business strategy. The aim of this policy is to ensure that Information Security implications are considered in making company decisions at all levels.

Navigator Group accepts its responsibilities relating to Information Security and recognises this as part of its business strategy. The aim of this policy is to ensure that Information Security implications are considered in making company decisions at all levels.

Navigator Group is committed to meeting any applicable requirements related to information security, and to the continual improvement of its information security system.

Navigator Group have three overarching objectives of the Information Security System:

  1. To ensure the confidentiality of data

  2. To ensure the integrity of data

  3. To ensure the availability of data

These objectives will be achieved through the plan-do-check-act cycle, considering the risks identified and included within our statement of applicability and risk register.

The Management Review Committee will be responsible for achieving these outcomes, and meet every month to track progress.

All employees and contractors of Navigator Group will be expected to be compliant with this policy, and with the information security processes outlined in the Information Security Manual.
