Agile File Review

An Agile File Review provides a case manager or employer with a rapid review of pertinent information, with responses to questions provided in a client preferred format, within 72 hours of referral receipt. Through a short video conference, report, or both if required, the medical specialist provides responses to queries directly to the referrer.

When to refer:

• A new claim has been submitted, and there is uncertainty regarding the connection between the injury mechanism and the diagnosis.

• The existing claim is not progressing as expected, whether in terms of return to work or treatment.
