Navigator Group Welcomes New Leadership Team: David Fryar and Laura Bradley

We are thrilled to announce the appointment of David Fryar and Laura Bradley to our Leadership team. Both well respected in their fields, they are a very welcome addition to our newly formed Executive and will start in their roles this August.

David Fryar brings a wealth of experience in the personal injury industry and a proven track record in managing large-scale operational claims, distribution teams, and relationship management functions. David's journey with Navigator Group began two years ago when he joined as Director of Strategic Partnerships. During this time, he has been instrumental in expanding the Navigator Group profile across the market.

As Chief Client Officer, David will be responsible for fostering and enhancing our customer relationships, ensuring that our existing customers are supported during this time of significant growth for our business and continue to innovate solutions to meet changing needs.

Laura Bradley is a well-recognised leader in the personal injury industry with a proven ability to drive growth. She brings extensive experience in sales & marketing and commercial functions.

As Chief Commercial Officer, Laura will be responsible for executing commercial strategies and driving revenue growth, market expansion, and brand recognition.
