We will not disclose your personal information to recipients in jurisdictions outside of the Commonwealth of Australia and its territories, except to comply with a Court order.

We take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information from time of collection until disposal. All personnel are aware of their duties as custodians of personal health information. We have appropriate security measures to protect physical and electronic records stored by us and ensure all records are destroyed by a certified document disposal company following acceptable retention periods.

You are entitled to access your personal Information held by us. A copy of the consent form completed prior to consult is available on request. If we have collected your personal information on behalf of a third party, we request you contact them directly to obtain your information. We do not have ownership of medico legal reports and as such all enquiries relating to medico legal reports should be directed to the person or organisation who referred you to our services.
