Paul has been working within the personal injury industry for over 20 years. As an allied health professional he has had the opportunity to work for insurers, corporates and healthcare delivery. As we continue to expand our operational and clinical teams, Paul's leadership will be invaluable in driving operational efficiency and performance metrics while ensuring a deep understanding of customer expectations and market dynamics. His familiarity with our organisation's customers and clinical services will set us up for success as we focus on operational excellence.
