We are thrilled to announce the latest addition to our team at Navigator Group: Sharn Meneilly, taking the helm as the Head of Navigator Support Program. With over a decade of dedicated experience in the personal injury sector, Sharn brings a wealth of expertise in mental health and leadership roles across various domains including occupational rehabilitation, insurance agencies, and recovery services.

Throughout her career, Sharn has been instrumental in pioneering ground breaking initiatives, including the establishment and leadership of an industry-first specialised mental injury team in Victorian Workers Compensation. Her most recent role saw her spearheading the ongoing development of a cutting-edge digital recovery program. This involved not only overseeing allied health support teams but also driving research projects and forging strategic partnerships.
